We are a husband and wife team originally from Kansas City, MO.

The Pacific Northwest has always pulled at us. Portland felt like a good spot to start that new journey. We are so grateful that the community has supported us for the last 4 years. With 15 years of experience, traveling the country chasing hail storms we are thrilled to be able to stay put.

Our specialties include storm damage, electric vehicles, and insurance claims.

We can fix the majority of vehicle dents, from Rivians & Teslas to classic cars & trucks, including large and small damage.

FAQs

  • The short answer is no. It all depends on the location, size, and type of material the panel is made of.

    All dents have to be estimated on a case-by-case basis.

  • if your damage exceeds 6 inches it might make sense.

    Normally we say that if the damage is going to exceed your deductible amount it would be a good time to get your insurnace involved.

    Another thing to keep in mind is some insurance claims will not raise your premium. If your damage is caused by vandalism or weather for instance, it would be considered comprehensive and not your fault.

    If you decide to make an insurance claim, we are happy to help! We work with all insurance companies and can help you each step of the way.

  • This depends on the severity of your damage, but most repairs can be performed in just a few hours.

    Extreme damage, such as a collision or hail, can take a few days to assess and fix.

  • This is rarely the case. About 99% of the time we have to use specialty tools to manipulate the metal back into shape. This process takes time, skill and the proper training.

    Without that, you can definitely make your vehicle look much worse.

  • We never personally report anything to Carfax. If an insurance claim is submitted, they will most likely report this.

    An additional reason this would occur is if you have a conventional auto body repair shop write an estimate using their estimating software called “CCC”. This can also be reported to Carfax.

  • We are the only PDR company in town that specializes in electric vehicles, hail damage repair, and insurance claims.

    We are also willing to take on severe damage that most PDR technicians would turn away. We are always willing to try!
